The expired id in vault has been deleted when I registered new id. A problem occurred during registration and it did not import id into vault. So I have to do it manually. But doing that from web preferences also gives me the same error message stated in original post.
Edit: Are you suggesting that re-certifying can be done by administrator on the id in vault? Are there steps for this somewhere?
